I just had to write to you to say how much we appreciated the catering you did for our UNA Dinner at the Assembly Rooms in Chichester last Friday.

All the guests commented on how good the food was including, of course, the canapés and how nicely it was presented.

We really appreciate the effort that John and all the staff put in to make the event such a success and also very much appreciate the fact that you were able to keep the catering within the very tight budget that we were dealing with.

I was sitting bewtween the Mayor and the Dean, both of who commented on how much they enjoyed the meal and this set the tone for what was in reality a very successful evening.

Once again may I thank you for your help and in particular ask that you pass on our thanks to John who, as always, looked after us brilliantly.
